YAAAAAAAY!!! Face-to-face classes are back on at Mareeba Yoga!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

There is a Transition Timetable, just to get the face-to-face classes back on and integrate the LIVE ONLINE classes, of which there is currently one a week: Thu 6pm, of the Stretch n Let Go style per below – please visit here for the link to the class 🙂 )



General classes are exercises designed to (re)connect you more deeply with your physical and energetic body.  Classes are a combination of physical exercises, breathwork, chanting, active and passive meditation. They are largely based on the Ryoho Wellness System. Please visit here to read a little more about the yoga.

Stretch n Let Go classes give the chance to move into a position (nearly always lying on the floor) and stay there for 3-5 minutes, if not more.  The Yin class you do when you not quite doing a Yin class 😉

Intro to Yoga classes introduce you to the basics of this style of yoga: connection with breath, basic movements. Once you’ve had this introduction (and you can do these classes as often as you like), you are ready to join the General classes to build on what you’ve learnt in the Intro Class. They are for the complete beginner and are held once a month (every 3rd Monday).
