Transition Timetable

Transition Timetable

**There is NO monthly Intro Class nor Meditation until further notice – my sincerest apologies if you were hoping to attend October. And please call me if you are keen to start yoga – let’s discuss the best way for this to happen for you 💜🥰 0404 862 533 **

YAAAAAAAY!!! Face-to-face classes are back on at Mareeba Yoga!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

There is a Transition Timetable, just to get the face-to-face classes back on and integrate the LIVE ONLINE classes, of which there is currently one a week: Thu 6pm, of the Stretch n Stillness/Let Go style per below – please visit here for the link to the class 🙂

General classes are exercises designed to (re)connect you more deeply with your physical and energetic body.  Classes are a combination of physical exercises, breathwork, chanting, active and passive meditation. They are largely based on the Ryoho Wellness System. Please visit here to read a little more about the yoga.

Stretch n Stillness/Let Go classes give the chance to move into a position (nearly always lying on the floor) and stay there for 3-5 minutes, if not more.  It’s a really great opportunity to get intimate with your deeper self at the most, and just have a quiet rest at the least 😂 If you do experience pain in stillness I suggest that you try a few of the General classes first, and then we can ease you into practicing stillness in this way 🙂

Intro to Yoga classes introduce you to the basics of this style of yoga: connection with breath, basic movements. Once you’ve had this introduction (and you can do these classes as often as you like), you are ready to join the General classes to build on what you’ve learnt in the Intro Class. They are for the complete beginner and are held once a month (every 3rd Monday).

If you can’t make it to any of these classes and want to experience this style of yoga and/or just want some more classes, there are two online options I can recommend:

  1. My teacher, Andzej has started doing online classes (I’m so stoked to be able to do his classes again!!): Wed 6.30am, Fri 10am and Sat 4pm. This is such an incredible opportunity to hear this yoga/wellness system from the “horse’s mouth” so to speak 😉 Click here to register for the next class 🥰 And if you can’t make the class time, you will be sent a link to the recording of the class that is available for you to do over the next week 🙂
  2. Zen Ki Yoga has a fantastic collection of online classes – there are 70+ classes to choose from, ranging from 5 to 60 minutes, which you can do anytime you want, at $33 per month, which you can also cancel anytime. Click here to go there now 🙂
